These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements of Hunmi Solutions, registered at , listed in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number [KvK-nummer].
Article 1 — Definitions
- Company: Hunmi Solutions, the user of these terms.
- Customer: the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with the Company.
- Agreement: any arrangement between the Company and Customer regarding delivery of products or services.
Article 2 — Applicability
These terms apply to every offer made by the Company and every agreement between the Company and Customer. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
Article 3 — Offers and quotations
All offers and quotations are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. Offers are valid for 30 days from date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
Article 4 — Formation of agreement
An agreement is formed when the Customer accepts the offer and this acceptance is confirmed by the Company, in writing or electronically.
Article 5 — Prices
All prices are in euros and, unless otherwise stated, exclusive of VAT and any shipping or installation costs.
Article 6 — Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines. Exceeding them does not entitle the Customer to compensation or termination unless the Customer has formally given notice and a reasonable additional period.
Article 7 — Payment
Payment must be made within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue payments incur statutory commercial interest under Dutch law.
Article 8 — Retention of title
All products delivered remain the property of the Company until the Customer has fulfilled all obligations under the agreement.
Article 9 — Warranty and complaints
The Company warrants the soundness of products in line with manufacturer warranty. Complaints must be reported in writing within 14 days of discovery.
Article 10 — Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid out under the relevant insurance policy. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Article 11 — Force majeure
The Company is not obliged to perform any obligation in case of force majeure (strikes, transport problems, fires, illness, etc.).
Article 12 — Applicable law
Dutch law applies exclusively. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the Company is based.
Article 13 — Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms. The latest version is always available at https://www.hunmi.nl.
